‘You are a person who is highly expected to deliver in politics’, says Deuba about Ghimire


KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said the literary piece ‘Manchheka Kathaharu (Stories of Humans)’ would be a worth resource for young generation people who are interested to know about tradition and culture.
Launching the book penned by NC central member Gururaj Ghimire here today, Deuba appreciated the writer for delivering positive and inspiring message to the society through the creation.
“The piece has contained very poignant subject matter. You are a person who is highly expected to deliver in politics besides literary field. My best wishes for you, go ahead by maintaining delicate balance between politics and literature”, Deuba further said at the programme.
NC senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel stressed the need to incentivize Ghimire who is emerging himself in the field of literature and expression being not limited to raw politics.
Also speaking on the occasion, NC general secretary Dr Shashanka Koirala said with regret that the party could not do political justice to Ghimire this time.
CPN leader and literary figure Dinanath Sharma appreciated Ghimire’s literary creation for its lucid language and beautiful presentation.
Also delivering remarks at a programme presided over by Shami Literary Foundation Chair and ex-Education Minister Pradeep Nepal were NC leaders, Gopal Man Shrestha, Dr Ram Sharan Mahat, Dr Minendra Rijal, Arjunnarsingh KC, Chitralekha Yadav, spokesperson Biswo Prakash Sharma.
The collection of stories ‘Manchheka Kathaharu’ is the fifth literary creation of Ghimire.
