Yellow Metal Historic High: Rs. 1,03,500 Per Tola In Nepal

Yellow metal set another new record in the Nepalese domestic market today with the increase by Rs 1,000 per tola, being traded at Rs 1,03,500 per tola.

N24 Staff Writer, KATHMANDU: According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FeNeGoSiDA), the price of gold set another new record in the domestic bullion market on Friday. Federation states that, the price of the yellow metal and silver has been increasing in the domestic market in line with spike in its price in the international market.

The price of hallmark gold reached Rs. 1,03,500 per tola, which is the highest price of the yellow metal ever recorded in Nepal. The price of hallmark gold increased by Rs. 1,000 per tola today, which was traded at Rs. 1,02,500 per tola yesterday.

Likewise, price of Tejabi gold is marked at Rs 103,000 per tola, after a rise by Rs. 1,000 per tola yesterday.

Followed by, silver is marked at Rs 1,405 per tola, after a rise by Rs. 60 per tola.

*1 tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
