Vice President Rawal to resign
During the meeting, UML Vice-president and coordinator of the 10-point proposal implementation facilitation task force Dr Bhim Bahadur Rawal, expressed his dissatisfaction over the non-implementation of the 10-point proposal and announced his resignation from the post. Talking to reporters after the meeting, he said that he would resign as President KP Sharma Oli was against the 10-point sentiment that he had submitted as a report with suggestions for the implementation of the proposal. Rawal said that he registered a dissenting opinion at the meeting as there was no proposal to nominate 10 percent in the central committee and only two central members were proposed.
