CPN (UML) senior leader KP Oli has hold the meetings with President Dr Ram Baran Yadav and Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala today separately.
Oli held discussions with President Dr Yadav at latter’s residence Shital Niwas on seeking a political way out at a time when the political crisis is deepening after the political parties failed to reach consensus. Oli was accompanied by party vice-president Bidya Bhandari and general secretary Ishwar Pokharel. “Independent person would not do; different kinds of gimmicks and cards are not going to work. It is the political parties themselves that will give a way out,” Oli told journalists after the meeting.
Prior to meeting with the President Dr Yadav, UML leader Oli went to meet the President after meeting Congress president Koirala today morning. Congress general secretary Krishna Prasad Sitaula, UML’s Bhandari, Pokharel among others had also attended the meeting. Sitaula said discussions were held with UML’s senior leaders for resolving problems at a time when no decisive move has been forwarded from anywhere for the consensus.
