CHITWAN:- The CPN (UML) central committee meeting is taking place shortly today at Sauraha, Chitwan. In the meeting, the programme to be submitted in the closed session of the general convention as proposed by the party standing committee will be endorsed, said party secretary and spokesperson Pradeep Gyawali.
The meeting will propose an amendment to some points in the party statute, Gyawali said. It will also offer thanks to the Prime Minister and leaders of various political parties who attended the inaugural session of the convention.
