Meanwhile, addressing a press conference at the party headquarter on Saturday, UCPN-Maoist spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota urged the Election Council (EC) to concentrate only on election process instead of putting its attention to elections related laws.
Sapkota made it clear that chairman of Interim Government Council Khilraj Regmi will not resign from the post of Chief Justice (CJ).
“Chairman Regmi would not resign from the post of CJ. I urge everyone to put their focus on elections as the issue is more important than the resignation of CJ “.
