Two die in jeep accident


MAKWANPUR:- Two persons died after a jeep accident occurred at Lamibagar of Indrasarobar Rural Municipality-2 along the Hetauda Kulekhani-Kathmandu road section on Saturday afternoon. Seriously injured in the accident, they died while being treated at Patan Hospital, Lalitpur.

The jeep (Na 1 Ja 4511) heading to Birgunj from Kathmandu somersaulted on the road being uncontrolled, according to District Police Office, Makwanpur.

Ten passengers including driver injured in the accident have been sent to different hospitals including that of Hetauda, and Sanepa and Patan of Lalitpur.

The dead ones are yet to be identified, the police added.
