Hungarian tourists missing in avalanche for 17 days


BABIYACHAUR, Myagdi:  Tourists, missing for the past 17 days during climb of the Annapurna first in Narchyang-1 of Myagdi, could not be found out so far.

Harver Tibor, 34, of Hungary who was missing in avalanche while returning after the climb on May 6 could not be rescued.

His friends have requested for search of the missing of those who had gone in a group of eight.

Although they made attempts to search, they returned after failing to find him, said Headmaster of Prabha Secondary School Narchyang Tej Bahadur Gurung. RSS
