
KATHMANDU: A Tibetan exile has been detained by the Nepal police on Wednesday on charges of posting Free Tibet Movement posters in the capital.
Police said that 25-year-old Rinjim Namgyal was held at 12:30 pm while he was pasting posters related to Tibet in the Bouddha Stupa premises.

Nepal recognises Tibet as an integral part of China, and any campaing for Free Tibet and anti-China activities are not allowed.
Police said they have initiated an investigation into the case.
