The full court is sitting in the Supreme Court today

KATHMANDU:- A full court meeting is scheduled to be held in the Supreme Court today. It is said that a full court meeting was held to decide when to appoint Pace from the round robin process. The meeting is also preparing to decide on the issue from next year.
Now, Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra himself has been setting the pace. A full court meeting held last Thursday has decided to reduce the discretionary power of Chief Justice Jabra and appoint a bench through a ballot process.
Chief Justice Jabbar has been accused of failing to uphold the dignity of the court, forcing certain cases to be decided only by sitting in the court of a certain judge, and for being involved in the distribution of cabinet members.

Dissatisfied with Jabra, Supreme Court justices and legal practitioners have come out against him. Although the judges returned to their regular sessions after the round of voting began, they did not accept Jabra’s leadership.
