KATHMANDU:- The government and Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplab’ held talks at Home Ministry on Sunday. Discussion was held on implementation of 3-point agreement the government had with Biplab group on March 4 early this year.
The talk was attended by Home Minister Balkrishna Khand, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Justice, Dilendra Prasad Badu, Attorney General Khamba Bahadur Khati and Spokesperson of Bilplab led party, Khadga Bahadur Bishwokarma ‘Prakand’.
Attorney General Khati informed they discussed how the cases against Biplab cadres could be withdrawn in a legal manner. As per the discussion, the CPN will submit a list of those cadres of CPN jailed and the cases against them to the government, Khati added.
