The swine flu virus has been spreading in Bara and Ramechhap district


KATHMANDU: H1N1 swine flu’s infection has been reported in the Bara and Ramechhap district. In the Narahi VDC of Bara district about dozen of swine flu infected patience has been reported. The fever that was noticed 15 days earlier among children and elder one hasn’t gone off with the treatment too. With the team from Epidemiology and Disease Control division has verified that twelve patients have been affected with swine flu. After the confirmation of the swine flu infection the Epidemiology and Disease Control division is about to mobilized the medical until with the necessary medicine and equipment from today.

Likewise, two patients are found infected with the swine flu virus, as the result there has been increasing the fear among the people around that area. As the number of the patients admitted in hospital suffering from fever has tremendously increased, there has been done investigation and confirmed that it’s due to swine flu virus. Out of 10 sample of blood send to Epidemiology and Disease Control division 2 were found positive with H1N1 virus.
