LONDON:- Six more Non-Resident Nepalese (NRNs) died of coronavirus infection in this week in different countries. With this, total deaths of NRNs caused by COVID-19 recorded 299 in 19 different countries.
According to Health Committee of Non-Resident Nepalis Association (NRNA), four NRNs died with the virus infection in Saudi Arabia, one each in the UK and Portugal this week.
NRNA Heath Committee Coordinator Dr Sanjeev Sapkota said that the cases were also reported among NRNs living in Japan, the UK, Spain, Cyprus, Romania, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia this week.
He added that 47,583 NRNs in different 45 countries were reported to have infected with the virus and 43,574 of them have recovered till today.
