Sitaula stresses on intensifying activism within party


KATHMANDU:  Nepali Congress (NC) general secretary Krishna Prasad Sitaula has urged the party leaders and cadres to come up with activism for building strong base of party organization at grassroots level.

NC has actively engaged its efforts on the way to institutionalizing democratic values, he said while addressing the first gathering and interaction organized by Nepal Students’ Union, Jajarkot-Kathmandu Liaison Committee at BP Memorial Building, Sanepa.

Likewise, NC central member Umakanta Chaudhary said Nepal’s politics has become uncertain owing to the Maoist party’s act of breaching accords and understandings signed by themselves.

Speaking on the occasion, NSU, Jajarkot-Kathmandu Liaison Committee President Khadak GC, NC, Jajarkot District President Jib Lal Kharel, among others, stressed that the NC should take lead role to remove current political crisis and take the nation towards right course. RSS
