Shun politics of violence: NCP leader Nepal

NEPALGUNJ: Senior leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said the politics guided by weapons was not possible in Nepal.
Indicating to the communist party led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplab’, senior leader Nepal made it clear that Nepal could not tolerate murder, violence and extortion anymore. He was speaking at a programme organized here to administer the oath of office and secrecy to the district committee members of NCP.
He further urged the Biplab group to join the peaceful politics by holding dialogue. “You can’t terrorize people with violence and murder,” he warned.
Senior leader Nepal also directed the party leaders and cadres in the district to involve in production rather than fomenting factionalism in the party.
He administered the oath of office and secrecy to 155 district committee members of the party. Other speakers at the programme extended best wishes to the district committee members.
