Seven women injured in lightning in Far-west Nepal


DOTI: Seven women were injured after being hit by lightning at Purbichauki Rural Municipality-3 Chaikot in the district yesterday evening. According to the rural municipality chair Dirgharaj Bogati, the women were busy in paddy plantation while they were struck by the lightning.
The injured are Devi Bohara, Padama Dhanuk, Bhagu Damai, Kalpana Damai, Durga Damai, Jamuna Damai and Mitththu Damai. The injured are undergoing treatment at the district hospital Doti.
