
KATHMANDU: A total of Rs 107.1 billion worth of foreign aid has been received in the first eight months of the current fiscal year of 2018/19, according to economic survey released here on Monday by the government. The assistance including Rs 13.4 billion grant and Rs 93.6 billion loan is however less than Rs 150.8 billion worth of foreign aid received in the same period of the last fiscal year 2017/18.
Of the total foreign aid received in the current FY, only Rs 50.8 billion has been spent so far.
