
KATHMANDU: The high-level committee set up to study the draft of Project Development Agreement (PDA) for the proposed 900 MW-Upper Karnali Hydropower Project has submitted its report to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, who is also the chairman of Investment Board Nepal, today.
National Planning Commission Vice Chairman Prof Govinda Raj Pokharel led the 13-member committee.
