Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Narayankaji Shrestha, has said that his party was ready to accept any person as the Prime Minister if there was guarantee of the CA election.
Speaking at a program in Chitwan today, Vice-chairperson of the ruling Maoist Shrestha said that there shouldn’t be any disputes among the parties on the formation of national consensus government. Stating that an environment for holding election of the Constituent Assembly should be created by forging consensus among political parties soon if the CA was not reinstated, he said only extending the transition period would not be beneficial. Shrestha said that his party was ready to pave the way for formation of national consensus government to the opposition parties forge credible situation for the election.
