Prachanda’s political paper passed unanimously

KATHMANDU:- The political document tabled by CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ in the party’s ongoing general convention has been passed unanimously.
Chairman Prachanda had tabled the political document on Monday in the closed-door session of the Eighth General Convention. Discussions in the party chairman’s document were held on Tuesday and Wednesday by forming 25 separate groups.
In the party’s closed-door session, leaders Haribol Gajurel, Surendra Karki and Lekhnath Neupane had tabled supplementary reports along with their comments on Prachanda’s political document.
Addressing the closed-door session on Friday, Chairman Prachanda assured to enrich his report by incorporating the thoughts and aspirations of all voices to make the party trustworthy and ideologically clear.
On the occasion, the former Prime Minister stated that Maoist Centre was the pioneer political force in terms of agendas and programmes and pledged to make his party the single largest one.
As Chairman Prachanda pledged to incorporate all concerns raised from the cadre-level, the political document was tabled for decision on behalf of the presidium.
Likewise, Prachanda announced to hold the party’s special general convention by keeping ideology in centre for further discussion after the leaders and cadres’ argument for such special jamboree.
