
KATHMANDU: The Pashupati Area Development Trust (Temple and Worship Management) Regulations, 2012 has come into force from today.
As per the regulations, the salary and facilities of the Bhattas (priests), and Bhandaris (helpers) at the Pashupatinath Temple and Basuki Temple and the monetary offerings and donations in kind have begun to be registered in the trust fund from today, according to the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT).
As per the transactions recorded until 2 p.m. today, the total offerings and donations in cash and kind worth Rs . 113,066 has been registered in the fund. RSS
