KATHMANDU:– A ban will be imposed in three districts of Kathmandu Valley from Wednesday midnight.
Three districts administration office of the Kathmandu valley has decided to impose a lockdown in the valley. A joint meeting of the Chief District Officers of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts has decided to issue a restraining order from 12 noon on September 19 for a week, said a security official who attended the meeting.
Services other than essential services will be closed after the ban is issued. The public will be prohibited from coming out of their houses except for the emergency works informed an official.
