One person was shot dead while hunting in Tanahu


TANAHU:- One person has been shot dead while hunting in Tanahu. According to the local media quoting DSP Yuvaraj Khadka, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Tanahun, the incident took place in Thaprek of Shuklagand Municipality-1. Rohit Malla, 17, of the same place was shot dead while going hunting on Sunday night.

According to the police, the incident took place while he was out hunting on the slopes of Ratanpur Community Forest in Shuklagandaki. The youth died on the spot after being shot. Two hunters went hunting and one was shot dead on the spot, police said. According to the police, the gun was carried by Rohit. Police have also arrested Sun Bahadur Gurung, 47, with a gun.
