NRNA in Qatar donates RS 75,000 to cancer patient


KATHMANDU: The Dang-Deukhuri Non-resident Nepalis Association in Qatar has donated Rs 75,000 to 11-year-old Bhuvan Ghartimagar of Rangsi, Rolpa, who is battling blood cancer since the past one year.

Vice-chair of the Association Numakant Subedi handed over the amount to Bhuwan at a program held here Saturday.

The amount was collected from the ´Save Bhuvan Campaign´ organized in Qatar and the fund collection will continue, said the Association.

Bhuvan is undergoing treatment at the Kanti Children´s Hospital in Maharajgunj.
