NRNA filed case against Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Nepal


N24 Correspondent, KATHMANDU:- The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has filed a case against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Nepal.

Earlier, Kumar Pant, president of the Non-Resident Nepali Association, had announced to go to court against the government.

The High Court has confirmed that for the first time, the union has filed a case against the government, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seeking an extradition order in Patan.

In the petition against the government, it has been demanded that the decision of the ministry to hand over the responsibility of holding the tenth general convention to the Guardian Council be declared illegal.

Meanwhile, the Non-Resident Nepali Association is organizing a letter conference on Saturday.
