NRN UK Council Meeting to be held on August 31.


BRITAIN: Non- Residential Nepali Association (NRNA) UK council meeting will be organized in 31st August, Sunday. “The preparation of the meeting is completed which will be held in Samuel Cody Specialist Sports College, Farnborough” NRNA UK’s Secretary General Yog Kumar Fagami said.

 

The study for the council meeting with and aim to collect suggestion has been carried out by forming committees which have started its operation Secretary General stated. The committees were formed by the meeting held under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Yogendra Bahadur Chhetri. The committees arrange a discussion among the participants in various topics and will present it in the council meeting stating all of them in points. Discussion on the topic of continuation of citizenship for NRN will be coordinated by NRN- ICC’s advisor Mr. Bishow Adarsha Pandit. Likewise, the subject of ex- Gurkhas will be coordinated by ICC’s advisor or NCC UK’s Guardian Mr. Merry Damar Ghale’s committee. To make a collective decision about the building of NRN in Nepal and assisted living house in Galeshwor which are in under construction phase will be coordinated by NRNA UK’s Guardian or ICC’s member Mr. Kul Acharya’s leadership’s committee.

 

Along with these, the concept about the Councils meeting will be prepared under chairmanship of Guardian as well as ex-chairperson Surya Gurung. Electoral legislation process, controversy about NRNA UK and policy and rules will be made under chairmanship of themajorbenefactors Mr. Surya Subedi. Regarding the subject of females and youths will be carried out by ICC’s member Ms. Sushma Rai’s chairmanship committee. Scotland, Ireland and other regional presentation would be made by advisor Mr. Kamal Bhandari’s chairmanship committee. Suggestions from various organizations would be collected under the chairmanship of Tamudhi UK’s President Kamal Gurung, improvement in electoral process would be carried out under the chairmanship of ICC’s advisor Dr. Hemraj Sharma.

 

To raise fund for the construction of NRN building a committee under the leadership of President Mr. Yogendra Bahadur Chhettri the committees meeting have decided. The meeting also have made an collective agreement to participate in the fair organized by Tamudhi UK, targeting Non residential Nepalese.
