During the meeting, matters relating to bilateral relations existing between the two countries and Nepal’s latest political developments were discussed, it is learnt.
Talking to journalists following the meeting, Norwegian Minister Helmas said the meeting focused the issues of mutual support and cooperation between the two countries and Nepal’s latest political situation.
He expressed hope that the away out to the current political deadlock in Nepal would be found through the mutual consensus, cooperation and discussions among the parties.
According to Minister Helmas, it was first foreign visit after he assumed the post of the International Development Minister of the Government of Norway.
He said he was committed to consolidating the friendly relations enjoying by the two countries for a long time during his term. RSS
