Hailing the call of President Dr Ram Baran Yadav for the formation of national consensus government, Vice-President Paramanand Jha has urged the people to support the president’s announcement.
Speaking at a program of Reporters Club in Kathmandu on Sunday,Vice-president Jha said that such call has a least created an environment for holding the consultations among them.
He also claimed that there was no compulsion to approve the ordinances by the president and added that it was natural to accept the budget ordinance by the President as it would make far-reaching impact if it was not approved.
Jha said it was the last opportunity to leaders of political parties for the formation of a national consensus government.
Without mentioning the name of the party, he said people know due to which party that the consensus was not forged.
