KATHMANDU: Senior Vice Chairman of UCPN Maoist Mohan Baidya has said that preparations to form a new political party were underway. While saying that his faction was not in favor of forming a new party, he said those who have deviated from the principle of the party will form the new party.
Speaking at a program in the capital on Thursday, Baidya said that the upcoming national level gathering of party cadres sharing affinity with his group will decided the future course of action.
On the occasion, he accused the lead political parties, Constituent Assembly Chairman of dissolving the CA without promulgating the constitution.
