Nepal Stock Exchange index rises by 87.63 points on Monday


N24 Correspondent, KATHMANDU:- The Nepse index, which measures share turnover on the first day of the week, has risen by a higher number. The Nepse index, which had increased by double digits on Sunday, the first day of the week, has increased by 87.63 points on Monday and reached 2,672.25 points.

The Sensitive Index, which measures Class A transactions, also rose by 3.61 points. The transaction amount has also improved along with the Nepse indicator.

A total of 83,95,864 shares of 229 companies were traded through 53,792 transactions during the day, bringing the turnover to Rs 4.30 billion. The transaction amount is the highest after ten holidays.
