Nepal COVID-19 on the rise: 3,108 new cases of coronavirus reported

KATHMANDU:- The country has reported a total of 3,108 new cases of the coronavirus in the past 24 hours. The new cases were confirmed from 13,135 tests carried out in various laboratories across the country.
The Kathmandu Valley reported 719 cases including 531 in Kathmandu district, 147 in Lalitpur and 41 in Bhaktapur district. During the same period, altogether 1,595 people recovered, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. So far, 634,927 infected people got full recovery from the coronavirus.
Meanwhile, 25 persons succumbed to the virus in the past 24 hours taking the death toll to 9,607 as of today.
