KATHMANDU:- The umbrella organization of Nepali lawyers, Nepal Bar Association, has apologized with the service seekers over the obstruction on court hearing which caused inconvenience to the justice seekers.
Issuing a press release on Wednesday, NBA Secretary Leelamani Poudel said obstruction on hearing was unexpected but essential. “Schedule of some hearing would be affected for some days as the urgent demand of reform in judiciary was raised.” He also urged the service seekers to maintain patience for some days.
Time has come to create pressure on judiciary leadership for the reform as it was plagued by bad governance, he added.
