HUMLA:- Asymptomatic cases of coronavirus infection have been found in most of the rural municipalities in Humla district. These cases have been detected amidst the second wave of COVID-19.
Although coronavirus infection is confirmed in these people through the antigen tests, they show no symptoms of the disease even during the 10 days’ duration of their stay in isolation. Six of the infected needed to be given oxygen while only 15 showed symptoms like general cough and cold and fever, Lama added.
