Minister Shrestha pledges support to implement Manakamana Temple perspective plan


DAMAULI:- Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Krishna Kumar Shrestha has vowed to extend support to implement the perspective plan on Manakamana Temple.
Minister Shrestha, who reached the Manakamana Temple on the occasion of the Mahaastami on Wednesday, said it with the office bearers of Manakamana Area Development Committee.
The Committee made aware the Minister about the long term plan on development of Manakamana Temple. “I pledge support from my personal side and from government too to conserve the temple,” he reiterated.
On the occasion, Committee Chair Raj Kumar Joshi described in detail the development plan on Manakamana Temple.
One of the famous and most visited temples in the country was deserted for long owing to coronavirus threat. It has been open since September 8.
