Maiti Nepal saves three women from landing in Indian brothels


NAWALPARASI: Officials of Maiti Nepal have rescued three women who were being trafficked to India via Maheshpur, the Indian bordering area in Nawalparasi district. Similarly, a man involved in the trafficking was also held and has been handed over to police.

In a separate context, a person died while searching for wild mushroom in the forest in Tilakpur-2, Salbas. Police said the deceased is Lok Bahadur Thapa, 28, of Panchanagar VDC of the district. RSS
