KATHMANDU: The Federal Socialist Forum Nepal and Naya Shakti Party Nepal will be uniting to form a new political party.
A meeting held between the two parties today reached to an agreement on the declaration of unification on coming Monday.
They have agreed to name a new political force as the Samajbadi (Socialist) Party Nepal.Both parties were in close discussions and consultations in recent time in regard with the unification proposal.
Now they have reached to an historic agreement on constituting the Samajbadi Party Nepal by integrating two parties, notes a press statement signed by Samajbadi Forum’s chair Upendra Yadav and Naya Shakti Nepal’s coordinator Dr Baburam Bhatttari.
Both leaders have expressed commitments to contribute for the cause of prosperity of federal democratic republic Nepal by institutionalizing the federal democratic republic system and fighting against caste, class, gender and region-based discriminations, inequalities and exploitations existing in the Nepalese society.
