KATHMANDU: Rashtriya Janamorcha Party has brought six zones across the nation to a grinding halt protesting against federalism. Normal life conditions in Bheri, Karnali, Sagarmatha, and Janakpur zone has been adversely hit since morning on Monday.
Vehicular movement has been completely brought to standstill due to shutdown. Janamorcha has called shutdown to pile pressure on the government to promulgate constitution on time, scrap federalism and hold local level elections at the earliest.
Janamorcha activists have been obstructing road staging demonstrations in various places across these zones.
Educational institutions and business establishment are completely closed down.
