Inmates of District Jail and Child Correction Centre get sports materials


DOTI:- An organisation, Shine Nepal, has handed over sports materials for inmates of District Jail and Child Correction Centre.
Chief District Officer, Shankar Bahadur Bista, handed over the sports materials—carrom boards, volleyballs, volleyball nets to the District Jail and Child Correction Centre, said Shine Nepal’s Chairperson, Bhaktaraj Joshi.
On the occasion, Bista said that the sports materials would help the inmates to spend their time easily.
The inmates are very happy after getting the sports materials.
Meanwhile, the organisation would distribute food stuffs to landslide and flood victims of Sayal rural municipality and Adarsh rural municipality today.
The organisation has been carrying out social work in disaster, education, health and chhaupadi sector in the district.
