By Niroj Kumar Thapa, KATHMANDU:- Along with the border dispute, India has focused its security and intelligence officials in Kathmandu to overthrow the government led by Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman KP Sharma Oli.
India has concentrated officials from the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in Kathmandu to form a new government led by Prachanda, as per the wishes of the Indian establishment, amid internal disputes within the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP).
According to Nepal’s security sources, RAW chief Samant Kumar Goyal and Intelligence Bureau chief Arvind Kumar arrived in Kathmandu on Saturday. The Indian media has also confirmed their arrival in Kathmandu.
They reached Kathmandu by road from Kakadvitta boarder and initially stayed at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu-Soaltee
After that, they have reached Hotel Dwarikaj, Vivanta Hotel and Hotel Marriott.
Employees of the Nepal Airlines Corporation who were in the quarantine of Crowne Plaza Kathmandu-Soaltee
have been shifted to other places after seeing the corona virus infection.
Sources claim that Ajit Doval, India’s national security adviser, also came to Kathmandu and stayed for a day.
According to Amresh Kumar Singh-Nepali Congress leader, they may have been trying to control the dispute between the two countries by physically interfering in the dispute that arose after Nepal unveiled a new map including Limpiyadhura.
According to Amresh Kumar Singh, RAW officials have held discussions with leaders of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), opposition Nepali Congress and Madhesh-centric parties.
