N24 Correspondent, KATHMANDU:- The Ministry of Health and Population has stated that there is a plan to give corona vaccine to all citizens above 18 years of age. Vaccines are being managed for that and 3.2 million Verosell vaccines will arrive in Nepal by July 30.

The government recently signed a non-disclosable agreement with Chinese company Sinopharm for 4 million doses of the vaccine. Accordingly, 800,000 doses of vaccine have already arrived and additional vaccines will be supplied from July 20. “We will all be vaccinated,” said Dr Sameer Kumar Adhikari, the ministry’s co-spokesman.

According to him, the second dose will be given soon for the citizens above 65 years of age who have received the first dose of Covisild vaccine.
