
Kailali: Former monarch Gyanendra Shah has busied himself in the recent days in visiting pilgrimages of western region.
On Saturday, Shah paid homeage to the famous far-western temple of goddess Nainadevi Bhagwati Temple in Dhangadhi here and performed pooja as per the Hindu tradition.
During his visit to the temple he participated in the concluding ceremony of Shreemad Bhagwat Gyan Mahayagya organized by the temple management.
After that event, he had also visited the Laxminarayan Temple here and performed pooja here.
He is slated to head for Ghodaghodi, a famous religious destination in here, on Sunday morning.
