Gongabu, Nepal murder Case: Suspects confess to the crime

KATHMANDU:- The Metropolitan police in Kathmandu has arrested a woman named Kalpana Shahi from Madhavpur, Chitwan for her alleged involvement in the mysterious murder of a man in Gongabu of Kathmandu last weekend.

The headless body of a man was found wrapped in a suitcase on Sunday morning. Investigators had located the man’s head around 300m away. On Monday the victim and the suspect were identified. The victim was Krishna Bahadur Bohara of Dang. The man was brutally killed on Saturday night using a sharp weapon and thrown in 2 different bags.

The suspect has confessed to the crime, saying she was compelled to kill the man after he tried to post her private photos by creating a fake id on Facebook, informs SSP Deepak Thapa, the chief of the Metropolitan Crime Division.
