Gold Price Surge By Rs. 1,100 Per Tola in Nepal, Traded At Rs. 102,500 Per Tola

Yellow metal set another new record in the Nepalese domestic market today with the increase by Rs 1100 per tola, traded at Rs 102,500 per tola.

N24 Staff Writer, KATHMANDU: According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FeNeGoSiDA), the price of gold set another new record in the domestic bullion market on Thursday. Federation states that, the price of the yellow metal and silver has increased in the domestic market in line with spike in its price in the international market.

The price of fine gold reached Rs. 102,500 per tola, which is the highest price of the yellow metal ever recorded in Nepal. The price of fine gold increased by Rs. 1,100 per tola today, which was traded at Rs. 101,400 per tola yesterday.

Likewise, price of Tejabi gold is marked at Rs 102,000 per tola, after a rise by Rs. 1,100 per tola yesterday.

Followed by, silver is marked at Rs 1,345 per tola, after a rise by Rs. 50 per tola.

*1 tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
