Gold Price rise by Rs 700 in Nepalese Market

Fine Gold in domestic market is traded at Rs 98,200 per tola and silver at Rs 1,245 per tola today.

N24 Staff Writer, KATHMANDU: On the third day of the week, the fine gold price rises by Rs 700 per Tola in the domestic market.

The price of gold and silver, which is volatile in the international market due to the ongoing pandemic COVID-19, has risen unexpectedly in the local market even today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold has shifted to Rs 98,200 per tola today from Rs 97,500 per tola yesterday.

Likewise, price of Tejabi gold is marked at Rs 97,760 per tola.

Followed by, silver is marked at Rs 1,245 per tola, after a rise by Rs 35 per tola.

*1 tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
