A truck bound to Dipayal from Attariya fell off the Bhasu Cliff along the Dhangadhi-Dadeldhura Highway on Wednseday night that killed two persons.
Driver Himmat Bohara, 22, of Sahajpur VDC in Kailali and Bharat Saud, 27, of Kalikasthan VDC of Doti district died on the spot and four others on board the truck were injured and are undergoing treatment at Padma Hospital Attariya.
Similarly, Deepak Chanda, 18, of Siddheswor VDC -9 in Baitadi and Mahesh Rai died in a jeep accident at Bhalumare road portion along Dadeldhura-Baitadi road portion.
The jeep Se 1 Ja 235 heading for Baitadi from Dadeldhura fell 118 meters from the road and died in the accident.
According to the District Traffic Police Office Dhangadhi, both accidents took place due to the driver driving the vehicles consuming the alcohol.
