Four persons including driver of the bulldozer, Jhalak Majhi, 28, of Melamchi of Sindhupalchowk were buried at Jogimara cliff of Chhusang VDC-7 in Mustang district. The bulldozer was constructing the Kagbeni-Jhaite road section along the Kaligandaki corridor.
Police inspector of District Police Office, Mustang, Rajendra Pokhrel said bodies of another driver of the bulldozer Dhruba Majhi, 29, of Melamchi, Sindhupalchowk, and helper Jit Bahadur Rana, 23, of Prithvinarayan Municipality-8, Gorkha, and tractor driver Sunil Kumar Chaudhary of Rajpur-6, Dang, were carried out this morning at 6:00 am.
Pokhrel said the three slain were recovered while digging up the bulldozer that was covered with soil and stones.
Inspector Pokhrel said a sand mound collapsed and covered the dozer at the time when all four persons were sitting in the dozer while a strong storm occurred.
