KATHMANDU: As the political parties are busy to hammer out the differences for the election of the constituent assembly, former King Gyanendra Shah is embarking the visit of tarai district.

The former King, who postponed his visit to some tarai districts as he had to fly to Bangkok to see his ailing son, is giving continuity to his pre-scheduled visit. The former king is likely to visit some of the districts of tarai by Mid June but the information is yet to be verified by the deposed king.

It is learnt that former King is visiting Saptari, Siraha, Sarlahi, Mahottari districts of eastern Nepal. The former kind will offer prayers in local temples and also held discussion with general public during his two weeks long visit. According to Nirmal Niwas source the king will have intensive discussion at the local level.

The former king had visited different districts including Rupandehi, Bara, Parsa, Chitwan , Kaski and Baglunj among others and interacted with the local people along with offering prayers to famous deities of these districts since he was removed from the post. There has been huge crowed to welcome former monarch and people could be seen requesting for the comeback of the former monarch to resolve current political stalemate dogging the country. Leaders of political parties are very much skeptic about the visit of former monarch as they fear that the people, who are frustrated from their behavior, could support the former monarch.
