KATHMANDU:- The Foreign Employment Office, Tahachal on Saturday has provided work permit to 47 Nepalis going for foreign employment with the government allowing those, who have returned home from foreign jobs on leave, whose contract terms were yet to finish, return to foreign work by abiding COVID-19 tests and health related protocol.
Those who have got work permit included 30 men and 17 women (one work permit each for Brunei, Oman, Qatar and South Korea, two for Poland, five for Japan, eight for Israel, 11 for United Arab Emirates and 17 for Malta).
The Cabinet meeting on June 29 had decided in allowing those who have returned home from foreign jobs on a leave vacation, whose contract terms were yet to finish, return to foreign work by abiding COVID-19 tests and health related protocol.
