Dutta takes over Yadav as acting chairman of MJF-R


KATHMANDU: Nandan Kumar Dutta has replaced Raj Kishor Yadav as the acting Chairman of Madhheshi Janadhikar Forum (Republican) on Sunday morning.

A meeting of the party’s central committee member on Sunday morning decided to put Nandan in Yadav’s stead. Of the total 22 CC members, Dutta was backed by 13 members.

Yadav is the minister for information and communication in the incumbent Bhattarai led government.
Following the decision, Dutta reached out at the Election Commission and registered change of leadership in the party.

The registration process was participated by 12 CC members and one members’s written support letter was presented at the Commission.

Dutta is on his way to Reporters Club Nepal to address a press meet for detailing out the change in leadership in short while.
