Deuba panics and cries foul over a rule

KATHMANDU: Thirty representatives nominated by late Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala are not allowed to vote in the ongoing 13th General Convention of the party.

A Chitwan representative Umesh Chandra Poudel complained that he was not allowed to vote despite queuing up in the line for two times.

It is learnt that discussion are being held with election officer whether to grant voting to the 30 representatives.
